Medical Concierge Service Ltd is classified as “Data processors” under the General Data Protection Regulation.

    • Our clients are classified as “Data controllers”  and we are “Data processors” under the General Data Protection Regulation in EEA and the UK;

    • We only hold data (e.g. personal and company information) to support the business service that we provide to our clients.

This includes: 
Personal details

When you register with us, we’ll ask you for your:

    • Name

    • Date of birth

    • Address including Telephone number

    • Email address

The information you give us must be accurate. If you give us information about yourself or another person, you’re confirming that you’re authorised to do so.

When you use our services, we also collect information about your health, including:

    • General health

    • Previous surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures

    • Symptoms, treatments and medications

    • Consultations, such as notes and recordings

    • Procedures, such as surgery notes, scans or X-rays

    • Photos to document preoperative status, complications and postoperative outcome.

 
Credit and debit card information

If you make a payment on the app, your credit and debit card details are processed by a third-party payment provider.

We don’t store any of your credit or debit card information and we only keep details of the transactions on our secure servers.

Our clients have the right to access and erasure of data and such requests will be dealt with without undue delay.

    • When we arrange a medical service for you, there is an implied consent that we can share your medical and personal information with medical providers only for the purposes of arranging the medical service.

    • We will respond immediately to questions about the accuracy of information we hold and process for our clients.

    • We will monitor privacy issues on an on-going basis to ensure that any changes in legislation or industry standards regarding privacy issues are reflected in our Privacy Policy and understood.

    • We will maintain strict data security systems that ensure specific individual information will not be made available to any unauthorised persons.

    • In case of a data breech, details will be recorded and client informed within 72 hours, unless instructed otherwise by the client.

    • For the purposes of providing better quality of service we may sub-contract some of the tasks to a third party who will adhere to the same privacy policy and any data protection obligations we have agreed upon with our clients.


Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

All of our data is stored within the European Economic Area and the UK. However, under some circumstances, your data maybe processed or stored outside of the UK and the European Economic Area (EEA). This is because we sometimes work with medical providers who help us deliver services to you, who might have servers outside of the UK or EEA.

This will always be in line with applicable data protection lawful mechanisms (such as appropriate contractual terms) and subject to strict safeguards.

Changes To Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is effective as of 18th September 2022. If we make any changes to this Policy, clients who have authorised e-mail communication may be notified via e-mail of any material changes to the Policy. If you agree to the changes, you don’t need to do anything. Just keep using our services with the updated policy and we’ll assume you are happy with the way we use your data.

If you don’t agree to the changes, then you can stop using our services at any time.
